Veeren Ravipati: Human Resources Manager A human resources post graduate from the Edith Cowan University started his career with KPMG as a M&A consultant. With over 20 years in the industry of finance has later joined Keno Bank.He has been tasked with overseeing the development of the website.
After many recruitment and promotion exercises,the top management has realised that there exists a leadership vacuum in the organisation.To ensure steady flow of leadership talent in the organisation instead of hiring talent from other companies,They have tasked the development of "leadership pipeline" initiative in the company to the above mentioned employees.
