Working effectively with others
In an organisation to make a shift from an individual contributor to a first time manager it’s imperative that working effectively with other like the team member, fellow manager or the boss. No transition is as difficult as a first time manager or a front-line manger. The role of an individual changes from working individually or just contributing to a team, to managing a whole team.
